Hello, I have anxiety and type 2 diabetes by inheritance, lately on me, I get high, but when I walk and make static bike I go to 118 I think I am not eating well, or the incorrect fruit.I am scared.
I do in the morning as a minimum 5 hours of static bike, after lunch 1 hour and for the night 2 hours.And I take my bitch 45 min every day.With so much pedal I end up with foot and knees.
