Hola!
Me gustaba tanto!

Mr. MI NOMBRE has type 1 diabetes and is controlled in the
Endocrinology and Diabetes Unit of NOMBRE DEL HOSPITAL, CIUDAD,, Spain. He is currently on treatment with multiple
doses of insulin and uses a glucose monitoring system (FreeStyle
Libre). If this person were not to take insulin, he would experience
life-threatening consequences (a medical emergency known as
"diabetic ketoacidosis”). It is, therefore, essential that he takes
insulin 4 times a day, which is required for his survival.
Hypoglycemic reactions (low blood glucose) are also a possibility,
requiring treatment with glucose tablets or acceptable substitutes,
which must be in his possession at all times, as must the equipment
necessary to test/treat his blood glucose levels.
These supplies include: a blood glucose monitor, test strips, lancets,
a continuous glucose monitoring system and supplies, an insulin
pen and supplies: insulin, syringes and the Glucagon Emergency
Kit. None of these products can be stored in suitcases.
If you have query, please contact our Unit.
