Totally agree!I have followed Adrián for some time and really that his way of sharing the day to day with type 1 diabetes is the closest and most motivating I have seen.It has a very honest way of telling both good and difficult.I recommend a lot to follow, especially if you need that push of energy or simply feel accompanied.
