It is possible that the latest librestyle sensors are giving errors. It happens to me that being at 120 in 2 seconds it goes to 65. It happens very often. It's normal
It is not usual for there to be such abrupt changes in such a short time with LibreStyle, it is usually more gradual. Sometimes it can happen that the sensor loses some adhesion or the place where it is placed is not the best, which affects the reading.
Have you tried changing the area or cleaning the skin well before putting the sensor on?
Calibration may also influence some models. You might want to discuss it with your endocrinologist so they can guide you or do a test.
Does it always happen to you in similar situations, like right after eating or exercising?
