Hello:
I have been insulin bomb for 6 months and I still don't clarify. My glys are 7.4 with a bomb and without it
My nights I can't fix them I have some nights that are flat and others I need more insulin of 0-3 in the morning. How often you have to modify the basal if you have 2 nights high or do not touch and wait. When I was with Levemir and used to more than 180mg, the dose increased a unit and everything was now fixed I could not catch the point and sometimes I go to bed with 80 and by measured a low as and I get up high and others lift myself well.

Holasss

Both with pen therapy and with a bomb I would expect 4 or 5 days and try to see things repeat or not.

There are times depending on what Cenes can have better or worse night, glucémico speaking.
Other times depending on the exercise you do during the afternoon or the general physical state ... they can also affect glycemia.

You have no choice but to get glycemia, before and after meals + some at dawn.
If you write down what you eat + the bolus you wear + everything that can influence ... you will have a database to analyze.
