Alarms in LibreLink

I have been reading everything I could on the theme of alarms in the sensors, I already have all versions 2.4 in the app and 2.4.8 in the meter ,.
Normally start the sensor with the official reader and then start it with the mobile. So I have the 2 operations.
For the alarms I have read this: "To use optional alarms you must activate the sensor exclusively with the freeLink Freestyle app and not use the reader"
I mean from now on if I want alarms in the mobile, should I start the sensor with the mobile?

As I suppose someone is already using this system, I would like it to confirm it and I also suppose that I have to have the mobile bluetooch and allow the notifications of the app

All the best
Antonio

Pray to tell me if in the mobile the free application repeats the alarm before a high blood glucose event, that is: I have an alarm out of high, I measure blood glucose, I put insulin and blood glucose continues to rise for 1 hour. The Abbott reader does not.
