I have been trying to eat little cheese cured by saturated fat content for years. But the latest investigations suggest that the fat of cured cheese and yogurt do not rise cholesterol. So I will continue to take it in moderation.
Eating cheese is possible?

New scientific research, discovered how to treat diabetes..Inform you more here:
................................................................................... (Link erased)
The doctors of the International Council for Truth in Medicine have perfected these diabetes treatment methods, in 16 days, patient insulin doses were reduced by more than 57%
A few weeks later, 96% of patients were able to stop all drugs for diabetes and injections.
Blood sugar was normalized, insulin sensitivity increased and neuropathy pain disappeared.

Before the pump, when Lantus put on me, I noticed a rush after eating cheese, so I suppressed it, I don't like it very much either. Now as cheese and I don't notice anything weird, so when I feel like it, I have a hand.It is not my favorite food so I easily moderate.
My last analytical shows that I have an HDL ("good" cholesterol) that the LDL ("bad" cholesterol) is a tall tad.The amount of cheese I take is guilt: I like it a lot and abuse a little when I'm hungry and I can't eat more hydrates. The only one I take is a fresh goat, lactose and with 17% fat.As I know that in the forum there are people who dominate the issue of food a lot, I would like someone to advise me how reasonable the LDL would be reasonable.Thank you.
@"Amélie" According to what I have read the saturated fats present naturally in food do not give any health problems, this includes cheese. The only fats that in all studies are poorly stopped are trans (nitrogenated) that are added to processed foods, margarines, etc.Vacua meat also has some trans, but natural fat, and in studies it has not been related to diseases.
All the fear of fats comes from an Ancel Keys studio (study of the sietes countries) that shortly after publishing it is disremed that was manipulated since it only used the data from 7 countries of the 22 it had.In those 7 countries, its theory of fats and cardiovascular disease was fulfilled but in the rest of the countries there were not (there were France in which the consumption of saturated fat was very high and very low cardiovascular disease rates, and others in which noThere was no relationship). In addition to being an observational study that already does not demonstrate much.If you are interested, you can easily find the Internet with a search on Ancel Keys and study of the seven countries.
Since then the studies that have been done have not been related to saturated fat and cardiovascular disease. It is more in much of the patients suffering from infarcts, the LDL was within the limits considered safe.Look also what is analyzed in a typical cholesterol analysis (which is quantity) and the really important (number of particles of each type), there are many explanations (some even with drawings) that explain it very well.
What is seen is that HDL protects against cardiovascular diseases so if you have something great.
Another thing you can look for is the explanation of why diet cholesterol does not influence blood cholesterol, since the body is able to adapt production to needs (which are always far superior to intake even in people who consumea lot of cholesterol). It only causes problem in people suffering from some lipid metabolism disorder.
What is being seen in the last studies is that what can upload LDL cholesterol and triglycerides (which are better cardiovascular risk indicator) is the consumption of sugars and processed products in general (which are loaded with sugars and refined flours). Also seek information about this if you are interested to see the explanation because it is quite technical and I would not know how to tell you.
I personally like eggs daily (minimum 2 although I have come to eat up to 6 in one day), enough cheese and in general fat (avocado, virgin olive oil, nuts, fish, meat and whole dairy) and I have never had theHigh LDL cholesterol.Of course sugar as nothing, flour either (neither (neither integral), no processing and few foods with a lot of hydrate. The thing about hydrates is because to have good control is what is doing better, I do not say that all hydrates are bad.Yes I think processed products, sugar and refined flours are bad, but there are hydrates such as potatoes, legumes, rice ... I don't think they give any problem.Although in my case I consume in small quantities to avoid peaks and not daily because I have better control. But well that is already a personal decision after experimenting with different options.
In short, if you worry about the cholesterol of your analytics, find out about what I have told you and take out your own conclusions.Until I started reading about this, I was also afraid to eat fats and food with a lot of cholesterol but now how without worrying.

@"Yesssica_a" Thank you for your answer.I will investigate in the line that you propose.
The truth is that I don't understand what happens to me.I do not take processed products and the fats that I eat are "healthy" (extra virgin oil, nuts etc ...) and since the diabetes diagnosed I take care of me.
Thanks again, tomorrow when I am more encouraged (I've been with higher glucose values than normal for me and I don't get it well) I will start looking.
I just want to leave one thing there to discuss and think, about this LDL and HDL, why Finland being a consumer country of omega three fatty acids and Omega six has had an index of infarctions and cardiovascular diseases upper even to the US.And why in turn France, being a high HDL cholesterol consumer and saturated fats in general has one of the lowest infarct rates in the world.Because.

I love cheese, anyone, especially cured ... and they raise glycemia and keep it high hours ... I have to dose to avoid scares.
Fresh cheeses have 3 or 4.5g of hydrates per 100 g of cheese.
I have no cholesterol problems, always well.

Hello everyone!!!I am a 5 -year -old Mamas, who is recently with Lantus and Lispro, the first diabetology told us that Pope no, noodles did not, or otherwise we had to cook them to dente and let 12 hours pass, which went up less ....Luckily we change from doctor and the currentEating pasta, potatoes, everything was very restrictive and I think that each organism is different, there will be some meals that will not be well and should avoid them, but like anyone, I am not diabetic and I cannot eat honey or quince sweet pirque pirque I fall veryevil.Luckily there are professionals who train and do not prohibit everything ... but everything is more difficult and generate fear, as it happens and sometimes it still happens to me!

I have type 2 diabetes for 3 years, I went with a nutriatogue to balance my diet and she told me that there was no problem with cheese, of course, the less greasy the better, they recommended panela or cottage cheese that is the one that mostI like it because when I restricted my cream with this cheese I ate as if putting the toast.
I agree with @Pabloj2000 a professional told me on some occasion that the desire that excess is worse.that thus lives happier; but each one is free to do what he thinks most convenient. With respect to cheese I will say that if it were a mouse I would be in the trap at all hours;Because for me it is a delicacy. That does not mean that I get every day; but occasionally I hit a good tribute.
The cheese rises little glucose, it does not matter practically as much as it is.
The only bad thing about saturated fats is the name: they seem to be tired of one and they will rebel, but what they are saturated is hydrogen, it is not personal. And that's why they do not roam as fast as the unsaturated ones.
If we only had unsaturated fats, we would smell of Rancio and Peleón bump, and we would think about things that easily oxidize.
Hello everyone.
Before I could consume the one I wanted, (when I used Lantus) but now, since I am with threeiba I have to be very careful, because at two hours of eating I am fine but then the glucose is triggered, I already baptized it with thecheese effect hehehe

Careful!!!The cheese with fat if the glucose rises, not at the time but then, especially if we talk about Fondus and other cheeses that can be greasy.

It depends on the commas, if you eat only cured cheese does not go up.If you combine it with hydrates, the fats of cheese will make the hydrates slower and take a peak several hours later. It's like pizza, I have prepared low pizza in hydrates with cauliflower -based dough and that does not rise several hours later as normal.

Fuck, but how much cheese do you eat ..?1/2 cheese of a sitting.: D I believe that if you eat 1-2 pieces, whether fresh or cured it will not have an impact on your glycemia, it is difficult to know how to stop with how good it is but if you know how to control I do not think there is a major problem.-
