Hello, I do not use bomb or that program, but it occurs to me that you try to execute the explorer that is in administrator mode, to see if the flute sounds.To do this, place yourself on the explorer icon that you are going to use and give clik with the right mouse button, among the options that come out, you have to click on "execute as administrator."
