Precisely I read here or in another forum, I do not remember, that they are not reliable meters and have not been approved by any agency (FDA, ..).Come on, a scam.

I currently have a Mobile Huawei Mate 20, which costs me all the data with both the free app, and with the Diabox.
With the galaxy you comment, in addition to glucose, can also have data (FC, stopwatch, steps, etc.) for sports?

Of course. If you want you can have all the options activated. The problem is that in that case the battery may be a bit short.Maybe less than a day.

I only use it to control the glucose without pulling mobile, since it is much easier to turn the wrist than to remove the mobile, activate the screen, etc ... apart from the fact that it is not well seen to be every two by three with the mobile in the hand at work.

I have everything disabled less glucose reading and reached the end of the day with 60% -70% battery on the clock. It lasts two days easy. What happens is that I have already become accustomed to loading it daily just like the mobile and does not suppose any effort.

PS: When debuting 5 years ago I also had a huawei, in this case a mate 10, which was going wonderfully, but I had its years and when I had to start having the Bluetooth always active for the continuous readings of the sensor, because the battery began to fall quite short (I had to carry it even twice a day).So I took advantage and bought the clock and a mobile from Samsung and for now it is great.

Your explanation seems very good about my questions and doubts.

Now I go with more doubts and questions.

My idea is to do what you with glucose control, take it on the clock, and not be taking out and putting the clock every time, and thus see it just turn the wrist.

The sports applications, it is only at very specific times, and if the battery goes down a lot, when you get home to load again.

Is your mobile this model as I have seen in other previous writings?Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra.

Is this your watch?Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 Classic.

Doubt:

With the iPhone model(Whatever is),It synchronizes all these app that we usually carry, for our controls?

What clock (it is not necessary to be Apple) precise to see glucose controls in the wrist?

Thank you all

@Jordiv to buy a clock It is important to know your mobile brand.

The clock is a mirror of the mobile, it does not have much autonomy without the mobile, only for the time, the payment by card and four more things. For the rest of the applications, it depends on the mobile.

If you prefer a FIVIT or similar bracelet, you have to install auxiliary applications for the connection.

My mobile is already old, 4 years old, like the clock, and the clock lasts 2 days, the mobile, as the sensor reads no longer lasts 24h, the Bluethoth eats the battery.

I am very Samsung and I have no problems. Not even to match mobile with all kinds of television; My boy with a Xiaomi, nothing, these Chinese do not pay copyright and I see everything is capable.

I believe that all the necessary applications to see continuous measurement in a clock or bracelet, are easier with Android Q with iPhone,, I do not know now but I installed them, there were some not compatible with iPhone.

I also have a mobile samsung.

Hello .

The idea is to buy a Samsung mobile phone, and a watch from the same brand, and the models that are compatible to keep track of glucose levels, and see them at all times while doing sports (walking, running, cycling, etc.)

I am considering purchasing these watch and mobile models,(B.black Friday)since both for sport and at work, it is better and less complicated to read the data, and just as it sayssandman,.......Apart from the fact that it is not well seen to be constantly with your cell phone in your hand at work.

The models are these:

  • Watch, Galaxy Watch7 BT 44mm Green
  • Mobile,Galaxy A56 Black.

What is your opinion on this set of devices for glucose control?
For the rest of the data, I have already seen that it has built-in .

Samsung usually does well with sensors.

I have old models, A52S and Watch 4, and no problems of any kind.

Since 2016 when I connected the sensor with my then Samsung, I have had no problems.(I downloaded an App from Holland, there wasn't one here yet)

After looking a lot and comparing, to the point that my head hurts, I asked the AI, (but reluctantly) to know more things.

And his final recommendation, after an evaluation of 5 pages, based on what was asked is:

First option;

my
specific recommendation for you

Given your need (daily use + sport + control of
sugar + chest band), I would choose abalanced combination:

  • Mobile: Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G (or even the S22 if the budget allows it)
allows) → good performance, NFC, compatibility.
  • Watch: Samsung Galaxy Watch5 (or if budget allows, Watch8)
→ Excellent coverage, sport functions + NFC.
  • Before purchasing, check that the heart strap on the chest can be
connect to the watch or that the watch can synchronize with the sports app
that you use (you could check this in the specific model sheet).
  • Verify that the mobile phone is on the compatible list of the Libre2 app (or
unless there are testimonies that it works).

  • If sugar control is a critical requirement, make sure the
watch can display data on your wrist with the app you use or through
    some complementary app.

Second option;

My suggestion
specific for your case

Since you want to also use frequency band
heart rate in the chest + sugar control app + exercise regularly, my
suggestion is:

  • Mobile:Galaxy S22if the budget allows it;butgalaxy
    S21 FE 5G
    as excellent quality/price ratio.
  • Clock:Galaxy Watch8if you want the most;if you prefer to save
a little and still have very good functions,Galaxy Watch5.

Of course, it always tells me to look at the compatibility guide that librelink suggests

Although the A56 is not on the list, I think it is a perfect option. The A55 and A54 that I have didn't work either and they work very well with the sensors. And even if we call Abbot they ask us about the model and we say A54 or A55, they tell us it's perfect and they change the sensor. And yes, if you want higher quality mobile phones, the S25 or S24 series is great, but I don't see much sense in spending so much if it's just for the sensor. The S21 and S22 will be about to stop updating, very bad feeling.

They have recommended the A56 several times here and there have been no complaints so it must be fine. This Christmas I will probably buy it, unless the S25 series has a very, very big offer.

I have the Galaxy Watch6 and I am also very happy, it connects super easy and with GlucoDataHandler it shows the glucose perfectly. The 7th will do even better for you.The 8 will depend on the price difference, depending on whether one or the other is more worth it.

The difference in watches is little from one generation to another (with my 6 I will last a couple more years)

But they always add a little more battery life and some more functions.

To have glucose data on the watch, is it easy to install?Isn't it downloaded directly from the Librelink application?

What are the steps to follow to install it on the watch, and also on the mobile?

GlucoDataHandler is an app that is in the playstore. You have to install it on your phone and watch and you enter the librelink password and your username and it connects by itself. Then you choose a face on the watch that displays the data.

    Good morning,

I'm still a little new to the subject of glucose, it was detected a few months ago, I have to check my sugar when I get up every other day, and I'm reading you about the clocks, is it reliable?Because I'm pricking myself with the test strips and the device, and I would also have to look at it some other time of the day, but I'm pricking myself..., but I didn't know about the watch, can someone explain to me how it works?Thank you very much in advance

Here we are talking about watches that connect to a sensor that is stuck into the skin. Not watches that look directly at glucose, those are scams.

Hola.

    Taking advantage of this thread, here I ask the question;

Do you know of any application or system that can listen to the glucose level in the headset, while you are cycling, or walking/running?

I used to do it with the Diabox, but like now, it doesn't work, I don't know which one exists.
