Consult Xiaomi and Freestyle or Dexcom

Hi @45db1!
Thank you for opening this topic, it is very useful to share these experiences because many can save more than one headache.
I tell you that I have a Xiaomi 13t and I have also noticed intermittent disconnection problems with the free -year sensor. In my case, I began to notice after the mobile suffered a blow, so I also have that doubt: I do not know if it is a problem of the model in general, of the sensor or if the impact could have affected the module NFC or Bluetooth of the device.
I have read that some Xiaomi models can have specific problems with sensors such as free or DEXCOM, especially if they have aggressive battery optimizations or background restrictions that interfere with the connection. It may be a good idea to review the Battery configuration of the freeLink app (or Dexcom if you test it), make sure you have no restrictions, and allow it to work in the background without limitations.
It would also be interesting to know if someone else in the forum has used the Dexcom G7 with Xiaomi 14T, to compare experiences and see if there are differences.
A hug and thanks for sharing!
Does anyone else with Xiaomi and Freestyle or Dexcom sensors who can share how it is doing?

I do not have xiaomi, but I do notice disconnections from time to time, maybe every 20-30 minutes the connection goes for a few minutes, then the NFC passes and is usually reconnected.
With Diabox it is even worse and when it is disconnected and I pass the NFC I get a message on the sensor icon that says "installing", and can sometimes be taken up to half an hour or more without connection.
I think this happens to me since I installed Android 15 a month ago.
I have Samsung, so I guess it's not a single brand.
Well, the same thing happens to me with the Xiaomi, I will shortly change for another new one, so I will share here if with that works perfect, or not.

Thank you very much for your comments, I will review the state of the battery, as you suggest to see if that is the problem. In my case, after a few hours of intermittent suspensions, from the continuous connection with the free sensor, the continuous reading was disconnected and I could only see the Glucose readings by NFC, passing the mobile through the sensor, just like when the free only gave flash readings.
@Fer said:I still, in a couple of weeks I changed my samsung for another of the same brand but more recent.Well, the same thing happens to me with the Xiaomi, I will shortly change for another new one, so I will share here if with that works perfect, or not.
Anyway I do not expect miracles because my current model has plenty of power.I blame it rather to the update to Android 15 that is giving problems.
I still remember when we went from Android 13 to 14 that also gave enough problems until they polished the subject enough.
