Hello everyone!

I have been using free plus freestyle for a few months and so far I have not had any problems. Today has appeared in one of them the most "glucose readings in pause" and after a while the message of replacing sensor.I change it for another and now after several hours the message has come out again.

Any of you have happened to you?Thank you

They are giving many failures and when changing them there are problems, I have been waiting for 14 days, when they always arrived in about 7 days. They have even eliminated the shipping monitoring option.

It seems to me, that they have so many to replace that they have run out of stock.

I guess have changed the message that we have all received at some time at some time inappropriate for "sensor error, wait 10 minutes"

In order not to start another thread, I'm going to reuse this one to comment that my last sensor is giving that paused readings message practically all the time, so with some honorable exceptions I'm not getting readings at all.And it's been like this for three days, it's not because it's just been installed or because it's running out, so I see myself like this for two weeks, in the worst of all worlds, because if it doesn't give the "Replace sensor" message, my experience is that Abbot's won't replace it.

That it pauses from time to time is bearable, although it used to coincide when I went out to exercise on the bike that is when the sensor plays the most role for me, but this already seems like a scam to me.

Has it happened to anyone else?

Call and say that you got the 365 message, P "the sensor performs continuous quality checks and has been disconnected for security reasons. Apply and start new sensor" ( in event log).

The 10 minute thing happened to me and on the second day I called and said that, that after a long time with the 10 minute thing I had given that error.

We're not going to be stuck with a sensor that doesn't work forever...

They are failing me much more than before.
I have had to throw away the last 2 and ask for replacement; The third one caught me well and it's the one I'm wearing now.
In other Anglo-Saxon forums I have read similar things from European colleagues.
And then there are the shipping delays. As you say, they must be up to their necks in water with the stock.

That happened to me and the BT didn't connect, I called (I had been with it for about 15 hours) and the guy who helped me, when I told him about the failure, and that it was almost continuous and didn't connect, he told me that he would open the incident and that I should change it, really, very kind... of the four sensors almost in a row that I had to return, they sent me one, another they say was delivered and there is an open incident because they haven't delivered it to me, and the other two arethat they have not even managed the "request"... And I pay for them, health care does not give them to me

It had been without failure for a month and now the happy message of readings being paused and then the message to replace the sensor has returned.
