Did you start the sensor with your mobile or with the reader?

All sensors starting with 300 or 301 do not work well.
They have changed me 3 at Abbott.
It was putting one that started with 3HU and it was perfect.

I'll explain to you, @Ruthbia, I read the sensor, nothing came out on my phone, and on my wife's phone the reading came out, on that side it was fine..... but of course it disappears after a minute.And I had to read the adaptation for moments until it stopped working for her too.

Thanks @daninavas_ but I have a Samsung s24 and a Samsung Watch 5pro.In this case it is not because of the mobile phone, it is because after doing a lot of research, I have come to the conclusion that the batch of sensors 300, 301 do not work well.
It doesn't mean that all of them are bad, but look, the three that I had didn't work.
