Very interesting to read your routines, thank you for sharing them!
In my case, I usually have breakfast before going to work, although I have been adjusting it over time because, as @sugugluis comments, the peaks after breakfast can be a headache if you do not give with what it works for you.
Now I always take the same thing (coffee and a small portion of Bizcoho or similar), it helps me keep the glucose quite stable until eating, especially if I have then or little margin meetings to chop something in the middle of the morning.
I think that in the end each one has to find their balance, and the key is to listen to the body and review the data.
What works can be totally different for another!
And by the way, @carussa, I am also in search of the perfect protein bread 😅.If you find any good and without that "blandegue" texture, let's know!
