It has happened to me.I have been with the feathers for more than a year and it has only happened to me once.I told my educator in diabetes and told me that I was going to communicate it.Next month I have an appointment with him, to see if he tells me something.
I have more scanning problems, I have to pass the pen several times to transfer the data.

I have been with that pen for almost a year and it has never happened to me, but at first I had many problems when passing the data, until I realized the position where I placed the pen on my mobile ... when scanning tryTo move the position a bit ...
