With breakfast I take 20 gr of raspberries and 20 gr of blueberries.Total 5 grams of hydrates.
I have bought several protein loaves, it is a matter of trying at least once to see sugar and flavor reaction:
- In the supermarkets of El Corte Ingles
- In Decathlon
- In Aldi
- In Carrefour
- But for now I keep that of the Lidl :) With a slice for breakfast with tomato and cheese and turkey, it is worth, and sometimes with a dinner slice accompanying some meat and a salad, it also uses me, and it does not go upa lot.
I have also tried protein bars (cereal type) and also saccian and do not rise sugar like normal.
