@meginer, that happens to me many times and can I be in 200 in bed and when stating on the ground in 5 or 6 minutes to be in 250. Does this happen to someone?I usually change anything because I know that then my flat curve will return as I have been for 2 days, to see how long it lasts.
However, since I started with Tresiba, it is at 10h when I have to watch over 70 and I have to eat something to not do hiccup. There are currently 20 unid who puts myself, but under 19 already goes up more than the account at dinner.Otherwise very well with her, flat day and night. My problem comes with Fiasp, I have it in the fridge for more than a month and I have not yet been able to try it;It gives me a little thing to think that acts very fast and getting down.
@Anaisabel passes me every day.In the bed it gives me a value and when I get up, it goes up 50mg/dl. At half an hour it stabilizes again.
@meginer throws an eye on the glucose pattern that takes out the freeview, it is better than looking at a timely day.I have uploaded the basal for night climbing and what I get are hypoglycemia for the day.Hormones, dawn, cortisol .... what they want to tell us.

But then I can't do anything? In another low diet forum in HC they tell me that TB could be due to the proteins ingested at dinner, which could use regular humulin that lasts 6-7 h the effect but it seems to me a delay to return to the roads. They tell me that the alba effect is from 5, but it is from 2, it seems that I am basal.Thinking about starting to put on the three at night I put only 6 IUI really lack basal Go mess

This is not a timely day, it is daily, practically every day in the month.Well during the day and from two or three in the morning, it goes on to peel until dawn. They have also recommended that I don't quote one day to see if it has to do with proteins
@Meginer I have tried not dinner and it gives me the same. With the digestion made, halfway, without doing .... without hydrates, without fat ... Yesterday I went to bed with 78mg/dl, all good and slowly climbing until at 5:30 the 140 already passed and my alarm jumped, at 6:30 I have rectified because I was going for 150 with the radical rise arrow, sothan 2 units of fast insulin.I have risen in 125. For the day I have to use little quickly because I have basal left over, I also have enormous variability .... all ridges and ridges, I do not get anything flat.(Of course, FreeLink a garbage, thankfully I have Diabox, I have come to see 480 being with a capillary in 98)
I have tried to get 2uds quickly on the buttocks when sleeping, so slow absorption to see if how it takes time and a half to take effect coincides with the climb, but it does not work, it goes up the same but instead of 180-200 I remainin 160 or so.
When I begin to climb it because I am very hot in bed, I have to sleep only with the sheet, there is something that segregates the body that shoots my glucose and temperature, for the day I am frozen at all hours.

Could it be an infection that did not face?or any other pathology that are you starting to develop?

Oh, that happens to me too.To sweat and have to take clothes, and I am not down of course. Well, I don't know, I will try again today to put it all at night and raise the dose to see.

And in your case, what do you seem to have basal for the day, could you put it the same, less dose for the day than night?

And what is lacking slowly either is so clear because I don't get slow since yesterday morning that I put only 7 u and I have not put anything else waiting for tonight putting it all together and I am now at 88 and going down ...
The toujeo cannot be put in two doses, or rather they do not advise it.But I put it at 22:00 with what acts well at night, it has no action peak like Tresiba.According to the pharmacist, it has an almost flat and prolonged curve up to almost 30 hours, it declines from 24h.
I was referring to that with not touching the basal, if during the day that approximately 16 hours are stable, it is clear that something must alter at night and that varying basal units is not the solution.
I need to try a night of sleepless party .... Let's see how.:)

I know that Toujeo do not advise putting it twice, threey -one either, even less since it has 48 h action, and Tresiba do not put it with peak, in theory it is the flattest of all and you see ... It is true that something should happen at night. We may need more basal at night than for the day, so it is to put it twice, I know people who do so and incidentally minimize the alba effect. Some endocrine specialized in DB type 1 Q advocates the low diet in HC, as recommended
vanessa30 said: but threeiba the same that toujeo q is cousin sister as the endocrine told me, overlap and is not recommended in 2 times.
They overlap if you put high doses but if you get 14 in total and divide it into 7 and 7 ... I did it for a week and it seemed to get up better, lower, although not quite in a goal

The sweat and nightlife give my wife and according to her gynecology is because of menopause and due to hormonal disorders, which will not do with blood glucose? She is not diabetic
vanessa30 said: alomejor is as @Alberto_13 says a start of premenopause. I am 45 years old and for the moment I do not notice any heat at night
There may be a hormonal disorder but they are not suffocals of premenopause, the suffocation is a heat that goes up, it is heat and point, my bedding is quite coat.I do not attribute it to that, it is also the usual, just at night?, I would really have to do a study of all this, hehe
It still seems to me that you fall short of the slow @meginer, even if they say that it lasts 38 hours, I see that it depends on the dose. The same thing happens to you if you put it at night?
