Hello.I am having trouble receiving the reading notifications of my son's sensor.I do not know if it is the issue of the company's servers or we have distrusted something without realizing it.Is someone else happening to someone?All the best

Thank you.It must have been a specific time of the company's servers for about 4 or 5 hours.Enough to make me nervous.My son sleeps so deeply that the alarm does not wake him up.

With the alarms, you have the possibility to start the sensor with your mobile, and then they will reach you, provided you are available to Bluetooth.The rest, the readings and the LibreLink up will work the same.
