I don't see the problem, every 10g is 1 ration

Let's see.Help me then.Mold bread.43.7 of hydrates every 100 grams.3 slices weigh 72 grams.
They taught me that I had to divide 1000 by 43.7, and that therefore, every 22.3 grams of bread would be a ration. That is, the 3 slices are 3 portions.
For me it is nothing intuitive, and I need the calculator every time.
That's why he asked for an app that did.
Or am I wrong, and is there a simpler way?
Hi @llopmesquer, in the end it is best to see the table that comes in the package since it usually comes as you say a column of quantities per 100g and another by slice. For example, if you look at the Bimbo Bread each rebana puts you that they are 13.7 grams, you must do as @marine (every 10 grams is 1 ration of carbohydrates), then each rebana has 13.7/10 = 1.37.As you want to take 3 rebans because 3 x 1.37 = 4.11 rations of carbohydrates.
@Smartinez I recommended diabetes to the letter and foodmeter, although the truth is that I always look at the table that comes in what I am going to eat or by Google
Okay!
Thanks for the explanations, but in most cases they do not give the information per portion, only every 100 grams.I know it is not difficult, but it is to order the information mentally ...
