Hello.I live in Cuba 🇨🇺 and my sister is diabetic.They sent him from Spain a Free Style 1 reader with his sensors which were working perfectly.They brought me a Colombian type 1 sensor and when I put it in the reader, it gives me compatibility error.I design that the reader is not compatible with that sensor.What can I do 🙏 ??

Get in touch with Abbott, which is the pharmacist that manufactures them.
They serve well by phone.
