Autonomous C. Change having insulin bomb

Hello: Let's see if someone knows it (or someone invents something more or less credible: D: D)
I am analyzing a job offer in a different autonomous community from the one currently resided. My daughter is in the stage prior to the implementation of an insulin bomb, which will be soon, a month or so.
Does anyone know in these cases?
I mean that I suppose they will not take away the bomb, or so I hope, but in the new autonomous, do they continue to give you the inputs and accessories that are needed for their correct functioning?A lot of procedure and bureaucracy?
Has anyone spent a similar situation?
Greetings to all.

No problem. They will continue to do the same, but the bureaucracy can be very long (perhaps 1 year).

I hope it's like that.Today this different health systems, with computing systems incompatible with each other is absurd.

If the bomb you carry does not give it in the other CCAA, maybe they even make you return it, they will not give you the fungible material of a bomb that is not in the contest of that CCAA, it is more although it is in contest if your hospital does notPut for several reasons, because you also have to change your bomb.
Then depending on where you will have to fight if you have bad luck because they put another one.
The first thing you have to do is know where you are going and find out, because you are heating your head ahead of time.

Hi Mario_s.I have lived three autonomous community changes with insulin bomb and they didn't tell me anything to return it because if they put you bomb it is because you meet the requirements for good diabetes control.I had the 640g until recently and in the three hospitals they had the cannulas. They should not demand to return it because you need it.Another thing is that maybe where you are going to have consumables of that bomb and change it to another. So normal is that at the time they have the corresponding to you, you return the other in the new hospital and they already do the relevant procedures. That is my experience, in case it serves you.

Thanks Isa.I have made the consultations and they have told me something similar to what you say, that if you carry the reports of the specialist in principle there would be no problems except for some brands. If they are different brands, they return the previous one to the C.A.of origin and put you that that C.A.Use
The only thing they have told me is that all this takes a bit, but, well, it would be the least,
Thank you!!.

I came from Barcelona to Zaragoza 10 years ago and I had no problem and that at that time the bomb was quite unknown by these places.

What is incredible is that you have to give 100 bureaucratic kicks, with the fear of seeing what happens if I change CCAA because there is no health collaboration and yet they put a fine of traffic in Galicia and when you get home in Murcia(eg) do you have it in the mailbox ... is so difficult an integrated computer system and if you move the doctor on duty, know what your treatments are?
The bomb will be yours even if you change CCAA, the only thing that can "take away" is if you have the financing of the sensors and where you go do not finance (or so I have understood)

DM1 desde Julio 1992 (con 11 años).
Bomba Medtronic 780G con Novorapid.
HbA1c: 5,9% (Octubre 2022), TIR 91%

Because the same bomb you carry would be in contest.

The document that made me sign makes it clear that it is a assignment of the autonomous community, the property is from the manufacturer, that the "yields" to the CCAA with the condition that they buy their consumables at the price they tell them.So if they tell you about returning it, you have no choice.Or you can buy it, 5-6000 Eurillos.

Hello
I changed 2 times CCAA with bomb and there was no problem, nor I had to return it or have had problems with supplies or anything
Take a report of the endocrine and nothing that you arrive asks the header how the supplies works (in some CCAA they give you in the health center, others in hospital) and that derives you to the endocrine of zone
