I am looking at if there is an option to transmit the data to Caerellink of Medtronic from the mobile using an OTG cable
I see XDRIP that but I'm interested

Well then use some virtualization app (for example, parallels for iOS or any other) that allows you to use Windows Phone.

You can also try a tablet-PC (7 "); install Windows 7 (or superior) and use caelink pro 4.0 or personal caelink with Internet Explorer.
