Continuous glucose meters in Spain

Good afternoon,
Does anyone know what are the meters and insulin bombs that cover Spanish health?At the moment I am with the free free style but it has no alarms, and with Miao Miao in the exams they do not let you use the mobile, I do not know what to do the truth.I was looking at the Dexcom G6 as an alternative to the Free Style and the MEDTRONIC 670G bomb
