Hello everyone.
Here, again with my doubts in these beginnings with my daughter's minimed 640g bomb.
It seems to me that at food and at dinner the Bolus Wizard is putting a little more insulin that would be adequate.
And, of course, this causes me a great doubt and that doubt causes me to consult the geniuses, and Genias, of Course, of this forum.
What day do I do?
Do I modify ratio rations?Increase or decrease?
Do I modify insulin sensitivity?Increase or decrease?
The doctor has authorized me to modify and testing, but I dare not do it, I lack security and confidence in that I am doing well.I find it difficult to do experiments with the health of the breeding.
Well, thank you.
All the best.

@Mario_s, greetings. Here a bomber, but not "genia."Does the girl have the same ratio/rations for all meals? From experience I know that exactly the same food/quantity at food/dinner (that is, recycle) at night I need half insulin.
If it were my case I would increase insulin sensitivity in food and dinner.

The amount of insulin in the Bolus Wizard is calculated in this way:
Insulin quantity = ratio * rations + correction
Correction = (glycemia - 100) / sensitivity - insulin_active

From here, draw your own conclusions.

Thank you. With both answers I already have more clear what I must do.I will test with minimal modifications to see what happens.

Hello, if I see that it goes down after the meals under a ratio, for each meal it has a different ratio.
If UBE or LOW IN MEALS MODIFY BASAL

The girl is going down after meals.Main ratio problem and secondary sensitivity, both in different percentage, I think.
