Good morning/afternoons everyone!

I am Mercedes Mama de Juani, 5 years, diabetes 1 for 1 month and a half.

While I belong to similar groups in my Uruguay country, it happens that there is technology that does not arrive here and therefore when someone in the group gets it we have no experience of use.

In my case I am finding out about the I-Port, I would like to know if it can be used in a pool, since my son swimming and we have good experience with free freestyle.

Thank you so much,
Greetings from Uruguay!

Great, thanks! With the free sensor the limit is 1 meter, at the I-PORT the manufacturer puts a depth limit?
Do you have it using or know someone who uses it in swimming?
Thank you

I do not know the limit, but surely it endures more than 1 meter.
I do not use I-PORT (use insulin pump), but an I-Port is equal to a cannula for an insulin pump infusion equipment (as regards submerability).

Ok, it will be a matter of testing then.Free Freestyl sensor never happened to him, hopefully this either.Maybe if I put on the arm I can put a kind of bracelet to avoid friction.
Thank you so much!
