I comment very badly with glycemia controls and I am getting quite insulin up

It is not us to tell you, it has to be your doctor.
The control can improve with the pump.

Getting insulin 4 times a day is not much, it's normal.And on the figures, it may be that you need to adjust the bolus and basal insulin pattern, you do not necessarily need a pump to be well controlled (although it helps, of course).As @"Regina" tells you, we can't tell you anything, it has to be your endocrine.luck !
