Roche Diabetes Care distributes the Eversese® CGM system in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Senseonics Holdings, Inc., is a medical technology company focused on the development and marketing of a continuous glucose monitoring system (CGM) in the long -term implantable to announce today that it has expanded its exclusive distribution agreement with Roche to include allEurope, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), excluding Scandinavia, Finland and Israel.

In May of this year, Senseonics signed an exclusive distribution with Roche for the marketing of the Senseonics Evennesonics continuous glucose monitoring system in Germany, Italy and the Netherlands.

The problem I see is apart from how invasive it is, could ignore it, having to carry the transmitter attached to the body, I do not understand why the sensor itself has not been trained of a micro transmitter by Bluetooth or NFC, (theBluetooth transmission is not very safe), with a good management app.It will be necessary to see what the results give and above all the user experience to perform almost a small surgical intervention for extraction.
