For thousands of children with diabetes, Aliz-E, the robot that was recently presented in the seventh European Robotics Forum, is a great help to learn to treat their illness and live with it.
The little robot plays with the children and thus teaches data on diabetes, as well as details of their treatment and also helps them to know what they should eat.
Aliz-e will also know how children interact with robots, as well as their needs to create a link and how to design them to enchant this specific audience. The robot was already popular a month ago, but so far it appeared at this event, the BBC portal reported.
The robot has been taken to different pediatric pavilions to change the idea that children have about going to medical consultation.
