Dexcom and Animas Vibe

Hello everyone,
For a week since I am using Dexcom G4 and Animas Vibe.
Today has been the first time I tried to pass the data to the Diasend program.To do this, Animas gave me a Wirless cable to download the data.I connect it to the laptop (Windows 8) and the system recognizes it but does not find the pump.
What could it be due?Any Vibe user with Dexcom could help me?

Chema care with the cable, did you comment that you had Windows 8?There are for 7 and another for superiors.I send you private
