I have to go pick them up to an Asisa Center.
Those who send them home are the ones that replaces me with Abbot errors.
All the best
Thanks for your answer @Solman.In my case it is the same, they send me home only the defective ones and Abbott does.I would ask you too, do you usually give you afternoon strips in the afternoon?
All the best.

It depends on the center of Asisa are more "edges" than others to facilitate strips because they say we use sensors.
I had to carry an endocrine report where I indicated that you need more hair checks to give me more.
All the best
Well, the same happens to me.It is seen that they have the same policy everywhere.I am one of those who think about "Virgin that I stay as I am."I don't like changes.

In the health center I are given from 4 in 4, in this way I have for about two months if none fails.

Did you check the capillary?
There are times that the difference is abysmal.
Greetings
Hi.
Well here in Galicia before I was going to look for them to the health center and they gave me about 5 or 6. Let us say February they send them home and for the company of NaCex. For the moment I have no complaint. This last cast they gave me 8 and then I had one or two of the previous one.
But this afternoon I spend the first setback if you can be called so: I went to remove the weeds of my tomatitos, peppers etc, and how to heat Sudè.At dug. There were six days. When I go to the health center to see what they tell me in case I am missing sensors, but if they bring them before I finish them as the last time .... no problem, I don't think it's a matter of contacting Abbott.
Well, take it easy.
Hello forum !!
The truth is that lately I notice a big difference from the sensor to the capillary, right now in 65 mg/dl sensor and in capillary 145, the truth wait to comment, but I have already carried the last four sensors like that, with great differences, usually the sensor always below !!
A disaster, sometimes marks you 55 mg/dl and you make hair and 140, I don't know, if it happens to someone else, or to me alone, I play a bad lot !!

Well, I have been with sensor problems like that and nobody gave me a solution, including the endocrine.I started putting them in the buttock and I have been as perfect, that they last what they have to last and with half good measurements

I have not looked as contact with Abbott. You can say if it is via e-mail or how is it done? I know it is to abuse but you would be grateful.
I guess they don't ask for the damaged sensor.
All the best.
There are several forms, the website or app, but I use the least complicated, call the telephones 900 300 119 or 910 478 901 in case of detachment do not ask you
As for sensors I lived a hell in terms of ignorance about what was happening, so many of the health center failed me that they dropped the phrase that they were going to withdraw because I was my fault, I went to an endocrine and a lawyer, and stopped touching my noses.
After many months living the calvary of sensors that gave error from the beginning, sensors that gave very wrong readings with lags of 50 or 60 up or down, sensors that died without warning on the third day ..... etc.I had to get out of Spain and take a test that in principle was not for the sensors and that it made me realize that it was more the place where they were put than something else ..... They made me interstitial measurements and gave that in the back of the arm, there were areas where there was no measurement, that attached to sensors whose manufacturing sometimes leaves much to be desired, because it made the ideal mixture.
I changed the area and pass from sixty percent of sensors with a ten approx.
I have removed a needle sensors, with the crooked needle, which did not stick and fell ...
Solman said:Yes, when they left they failed as 25 % in number and 10 % in covered time. However, they used to last more than 10 days and were quite precise. When they changed me to G4, I had about 6 or 8 at home because I always called to claim those who failed. So for a year I was putting them at the same time that a G4, and when the measure diverged, made a capillary. The result was majority: the free marked low (as you say, not only 20 mg/dl), the G4 gave the right figure.
@Solman said:I would like to know if someone has happened to the Freestyle 2 sensors stop working in 5 or 6 days and, the worst, the readings are 50, 60 and up to 100 units less than the capillary, which makes it very difficult to carry out a follow -up.
I have been using sensors for years, almost from the beginning of its commercialization in Spain and this last year is being desperate.
Neither endocrine, nor allergologists, nor nurses, nor the Abbot company give me an explanation.
Thank you and I wait for your comments.

@ruthbia Thank you, it has been 7 days and it is not calibrated, if I know they would change it to me, but they send me 8 and if they come to call me, thank you 😇 😇 😘🤗 😇 😇 😇 😇 😇 😇
Have you noticed if there are operating differences between sensor 2 and 3?I mean reading failures, duration, ...
Greetings
It happens to me frequently and also almost always in the last 48 hours of supposed user life of the sensor I did nothing because I have differences above 200%.The last sound the alarm of Hiccase to 59 and going down and in the capillary 131. I have reached the point of disconnecting the alarm in those days, since as I imagine for most, who best knows my body and how it reacts to the food intake is me.What I do when I disconnect it is that I return to the anterior routine of at least three capillaries per day.
On the other hand, I do not usually have any problems for replacement and to avoid waiting I use the web form.Normally within a maximum period of 5 business days I receive it.I also receive with an almost accurate periodicity, directly from Abbott, a shipment with eight sensors, a box of strips and one of the lancets although you are practically not exhausted them for what I take them to the health center.I am Andalusia because I know this changes a lot depending on the Autonomous Community.
