I am a athlete or rather it was athlete ... since I have diabetes I always become bad.

When I run for 15 kilometers I have to eat 4 bananas, or a lot of cookies and be eating every 20 minutes.
Fattening 5 kilos, I lost the form and of course I will no longer do any podium .....

I am very discouraged, they sent me to the psychiatrist because my endocrine says that I do not act correctly with insulin, exercise and food that is going crazy.
