@Juanrra242 I use Diabox for calibration.Glucohabdler does not calibrate, for that you use Abbott and voila. You don't need xDrip or anything.
If I could not calibrate, I stay with the freestyle glucose reader.

Yes, I thought that, for 24 hours seeing it on the screen I did not overwhelm.Yes, you can diabox and you see it on the mobile, but it does not report to the clock. It is a matter of having the mobile on the table and looking when the alarm whistles.

@Ruthbia said:The only thing that I have taken the alarms to LibreLink and I have them in Diabox (I only have the hiccup activated by the theme nights), and if that day I have a hypo, I will not have to be pending and activate those of LibreLink just for that day ...Yes, I thought that, for 24 hours seeing it on the screen I did not overwhelm.Yes, you can diabox and you see it on the mobile, but it does not report to the clock. It is a matter of having the mobile on the table and looking when the alarm whistles.
Ruthbia said:But if Glucodatahandler directly gives you the value of the sensor, I don't see why you have to calibrate again. If I'm wrong, please correct me.Greetings.

juanrra242 said:Juanra, I explain you, although Abbot says that it is not necessary to calibrate because it already has internal calibration, it is not really true, there is enough difference between capillary and sensor even after the first days. That is why it is to calibrate.Diabox allows you to calibrate with the strip value q is the most reliable, I also have the glucometer and freestyle strips.Diabox The only advantage that has that, calibration.

[[ERROR-TRANS]]Si no pudiera calibrar, me quedo con el lector de glucosa FreeStyle.

I also have the strips and use them to advance to the measure of the sensor when I see that I am going to pass by (hyper) or go down (hip) (since it has 15m delay). So I've been and my endocrine congratulates me effusively when I see my control data.Glycosilada of 5.7 and 95 % in the green strip maintained.I am lucky since the hypos do not notice them until they reach 40 where the typical mareillo begins.I do not see so important the issue of calibration in my case since I do not see it necessary.Call me crazy, hahaha.
Thank you so much .
@Juanrra242 Abbott sells the flash system with the slogan that does not need calibration against other brands that had been in the market for longer and if they required capillaries at that time.
I use sensors since 2016 and guarantee that Abbott's "net" value is not close to my glycemic reality. My values are good, I have not passed a 6 -pico for years and I have a few peaks, I still produce some insulin. My case is like that of many forum friends.
That's why I said that if I have to choose, I keep the reader before LibreLink
The calculation algorithm in LibreLink is improving but they gave the calibration option for me and many would be the best, but goodbye to their slogan. They will not do it unless an infallible method comes out and they have no choice.
